NexBoard Privacy Policy
NexBoard is a local-first app. Your boards stay on your device, and NextEra.One does not collect them on a server.
Boards, drawings and settings stay on your device.
NexBoard builds no profile and requires no sign-in to draw.
NexBoard ships no advertising SDKs and never sells your work.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the NexBoard Android app and the public NexBoard product pages operated by NextEra.One. It is written to explain how the app accesses, uses, stores and shares user data for Google Play review and for people using the app.
NexBoard does not require a NextEra.One account. If that changes, this policy will be updated before account features are released.
2. Data NexBoard accesses or stores on your device
NexBoard accesses data only for the features users would expect from this app.

3. Data collected by NextEra.One
NextEra.One does not operate an account service, analytics backend, advertising backend or sync backend for NexBoard. NexBoard does not upload your boards to NextEra.One.
The public website may receive ordinary web server request information from visitors, such as IP address, browser type and requested page, through the hosting provider used to publish these static pages. The app itself does not send your data to that website.
4. Data sharing and user-initiated transfers
NexBoard does not sell personal and sensitive user data. Data can leave your device in these user-initiated cases:
- When you tap Share, the board is exported as a PNG image through your device's own share sheet to the app you pick.
- Exported images are saved to your device storage if you choose to save them.
- If you install or open the app through Google Play, Google processes Play Store data under Google's policies.
5. Permissions
NexBoard asks for Android permissions only when needed for its features.
- Storage / Photos: only when you choose to add an image to a board or save an export
- Notifications: show alerts you choose to receive
6. Retention and deletion
- Your boards remain in NexBoard's local store until you delete them or clear everything.
- The eraser and the clear action remove drawings, shapes, stickers and labels immediately.
- Local settings remain on device until you change them or uninstall the app.
- NextEra.One cannot recover deleted local data because it is not synced to a NextEra.One server.
- You can also use Android Settings > Apps > NexBoard > Storage > Clear storage to remove local app data.
7. Security
NexBoard relies on Android runtime permissions, Android app sandboxing and local device storage. Because NexBoard does not run a cloud sync service, there is no NextEra.One server copy of your boards. Anything you choose to share into other apps is governed by those providers' practices.
8. Children
NexBoard includes a Kids mode that changes the interface and adds safer confirmations. It does not create a child account, show ads, or send any board content to a server. It is a general-purpose drawing tool intended to be used on a device managed by a parent or guardian.
9. Changes and contact
NextEra.One may update this policy when NexBoard changes how it handles data. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
